When you configure quotations, submit project briefs, or register for an account with IMPERIAL, we collect personal and commercial identifiers including your representative name, company name, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, email address, and delivery destination.
2. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
All proprietary artwork, logo designs, dielines, packaging specifications, and company intellectual property uploaded or provided via WhatsApp remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. IMPERIAL uses your artwork solely for the purpose of pre-press proofing, color calibration, and authorized physical production.
3. WhatsApp Communications
By initiating quotation requests via WhatsApp, you consent to receive order updates, proof approvals, and commercial quotations through WhatsApp. We do not sell or distribute your contact details to third-party marketing entities.
4. Courier Data Sharing
To fulfill doorstep delivery across Sri Lanka, necessary delivery information (recipient name, address, and phone number) is shared with authorized courier logistics partners (e.g., Certis Lanka, PromptX, Koombiyo) strictly for consignment transit.
