1. Quotations & Pricing Estimates
Estimates generated on the website or initial pricing indicators are non-binding. A binding agreement is executed only when an official commercial quotation or invoice is issued by IMPERIAL and accepted by the client.
2. Proof Approval & Production Authorization
The client is solely responsible for proofreading and verifying text, phone numbers, addresses, spelling, layout, and visual placement on the digital pre-press PDF proof. Production commences only upon formal written approval on WhatsApp or email. IMPERIAL is not liable for errors present in approved proofs.
3. Color Reproduction & Substrate Calibration
Because on-screen displays (RGB) emit light while physical printing uses subtractive inks (CMYK) on paper stocks with varying absorption rates, minor variances between screen viewing and physical press output are normal industry characteristics. For critical brand colors, PMS spot colors or hard-copy proofs must be requested.
4. Delivery & Transit
Production lead times commence upon proof approval and payment confirmation. While we endeavor to adhere strictly to estimated delivery dates, IMPERIAL is not responsible for transit delays resulting from courier logistical bottlenecks, adverse weather, or civil disruptions.
